This measure is in place to protect the forum from potential abuse, such as spammers flooding the community with unnecessary messages. The 30 second- interval was carefully chosen as a balance between usability and security.
Lowering or removing this limit could make it easier for spammers to disrupt the forum, especially during times when staff members may not be available to intervene promptly.
