Most free to play games have store where you can buy various items to level up your gaming experience. In order to purchase these items you will have to buy game currency or credits with real money and these purchases are usually called micro transactions. How often do you get involved with microtransactions?

I got involved with microtransactiom just once and I haven't done that again. Microtransaction is good in a way because it helped with cosmetics items, the longevity of the game's lifespan and also the privilege to make your choice while buying anything.

I try as much as possible to avoid microtransactions and I feel like they're often overpriced and unfair . I ron't like the fact that it makes the players spend more money.

If I'm really enjoying a game and I want to support the developers, I might actually make a small purchase here and there. But I agree that some microtransactions can be exploitative.

I think that the microtransactions can be okay if they're cosmetic only. But when they start selling power-ups, that's when I draw the line.

I have never been against micro transactions in video games. The thing about micro transactions for me is that it should be fair. I have spent money on skins and small boosts. It is always my own way of still supporting the developers, provided the game is not won based by how much you spend on microtransactions.

I try to avoid them, I don't want to spend more than what I should for an actual game.

Honestly I feel the same. When a game begins to pull me into spending, it completely ruins the fun for me. I’m okay with cosmetic purchases occasionally but when it turns into pay more to truly have fun, I quietly step away.

I am not a fan of spending money in a free game. I would rather buy a game instead

I try to be careful with microtransactions. Sometimes I buy them if they genuinely enhance the game or save time, but I avoid spending just because it’s available. For me, it’s about enjoying the experience without feeling pressured or wasteful.
