Thank you so much. It haven't been easy because she's diabetic which makes her surgery wound not healing very fast but she's recovering well.I wish your mom a speedy recovery mate.

My goal is to complete a 6 mile walk in one day. I completed a 4 mile walk earlier today and burned 700 calories on that walk as well, which is a new personal record for me.New week, new goals.

My goal for this week is to eat clean, no junk at all and to cut down my screen time to maximum 3 hours.

How is everyone doing on this beautiful Saturday morning? I am a bit sore from my gym session earlier. I increased my chest presses and my row chest presses to 85 pounds up 20 pounds from 65 pounds that I've been doing for the past couple of weeks. However, I am still curling 15 pounds via Bicep curls, but I am planning on increasing that next week.
I also did an hour of cardio as well that I do 6 days a week.
