New week, new goals.

What are your specific new goals for the week?
My goal is to complete a 6 mile walk in one day. I completed a 4 mile walk earlier today and burned 700 calories on that walk as well, which is a new personal record for me.


What are your specific new goals for the new week? Another goal that I have is to read 2 new books.

Walking is one of the best ways to burn calories. You're doing very good numbers. I'm impressed.

My goal for this week is to eat clean, no junk at all and to cut down my screen time to maximum 3 hours.

Thank you. I am also planning on including the gym into my daily walking routine as well.

Today, I started my first gym schedule, in which, included 2 reps x20 sets of chest presses(60 pounds), along with incline and 15 minutes of the elipitical. I also did an hour of my walking along with my 3 mile walk. I did not do biceps curls today. I was planning on including the sauna today as well, but I didn't. I may do it tomorrow.

How is your diet this week coming along? I'm still eating the same things. I do eat more oatmeal and grits though.

How is everyone doing on this beautiful Saturday morning? I am a bit sore from my gym session earlier. I increased my chest presses and my row chest presses to 85 pounds up 20 pounds from 65 pounds that I've been doing for the past couple of weeks. However, I am still curling 15 pounds via Bicep curls, but I am planning on increasing that next week.
I also did an hour of cardio as well that I do 6 days a week.

I think you need to give your body a little rest to recover in order to avoid getting injured.

I rest once a week on my day off from the gym along with walking, my body is good, but thank you though.

Sunday's are my days where I don't do anything and eat a ton of protein & fiber.

Happy Sunday everyone! I recently moved my desktop computer into my bedroom, I wanted to do this for a while now. My cat likes to jump on my computer and also play with the cords so I wanted to move it into my bedroom so I could shut the door.
