I want to improve my communication skills it always depends on my mood, sometimes I don't know what to say in the group when friends are having fun :headbang:

Building self-confidence is my present goal. My self-doubting mindset has prevented me from grabbing certain possibilities. It just won't allow me take chances.

I also have this doubting mindset. It would be easy to overcome it but the way I pave way from it is that I started being positive about anything concerning me and that spirit of doubt leave my body.

I am trying to manage the way I expect perfection from systems and people. It has made me to dwell in strive with a lot of people because they couldn't just measure up. I want to learn how to expect very little from people.

To best way is to adjust and you will always be happy. This is me always trying to be perfect with everything and before I will realize about others, I would've done things the way I wanted them. I am learning to give rooms to people to show their imperfections.

My financial situation is what I would never stop working hard to change everyday for the rest of my life until I get to that level I desire before taking my foot off the gas.

I am becoming more intentional about positive progress. I mean getting the right circle of friends, building a good reputation while working on my fitness goals. It hasn't been easy, but I am sure that I can achieve more once I believe.

I'm working on taking care of my teeth. I'm finally getting things done that I should have done a long time ago. I got two permanent crowns on my two front teeth since they both had cracks, small ones but still cracks and that's the proper way of treating them. I have three root canals I need to get done... needless to say it's going to cost a bit. I got care credit for my crown procedure, tooth extraction (I went to Aspen Dental since my right side was hurting really badly and I couldn't sleep the night prior. The tooth farthest right on the top was cracked, they extracted that one.)

Consistency. that’s my biggest battle. I'll start something with fire, then after two weeks I'm already tired. And with how things are now, you can't just afford to slack a bit. I'm trying to wake up earlier and reduce random scrolling.

This is what a lot of people face in life. Not being able to stay consistent. Anyone who is able to overcome that has done a lot for themselves.

I am striving to improve my health by exercising a lot more and improving what I eat on a daily basis.

I stopped drinking regular soda and increased my water intake. I started walking 15 minutes a day, and increased my walking to 30 minutes a day.

My exercise routine started about a month ago, and I've seen some improvements in my heath thus far, so I'm quite proud of what I've managed to achieve thus far.

I will be increasing my daily walking to an hour a day relatively soon and adding squats + push ups as well.

Soda is poison wrapped up well packaged can. I would never drink it again. I hope you're not taking energy drinks too?

You are right about that. Coffee is natural, energy drinks are not. Black coffee has a lot of health benefits, where energy drinks don't have any.
Energy drinks can cause digestive issues like nausea, stomach irritation, acid reflux, and diarrhea. It also increase one's blood pressure.

These days I am trying to learn a new skills so that I can build another income stream. My kid will start formal education in April, I want to put her into a Montessori school and it is very expensive. So, with new skills, I hope to make more money

I’m focusing on creating better routines and balance. That means managing time more intentionally, reducing distractions, and prioritizing rest alongside work or personal goals. I’m also trying to strengthen habits that support mental and physical health, so small daily choices add up over time.

At home, I'm trying to find constructive ways to use my free time and also take more walks around our neighborhood for exercise.

Correct, and I've experienced these issues. I've also ended up in the emergency rooms due to Energy drinks, so I do not drink them.

Acid Reflux(Gerd) is also something that I manage on a daily basis. I take nexium for it or Dexilant. A lot of my family members also have it.

Is Acid Reflux something that you've dealt with as well, or had to manage? If yes, what's something that you use to manage it?

I haven't had to battle with Acid Reflux but I know it's common for those with bad gut and ulcer problems. Omeprazole helps to reduce the effects but never cures it.

That it is infact a common issue among those with gut and ulcer problems, however, it is mainly and sometimes,, caused from a Hiatal hernia in one's esophagus. Which allows food and acid to backup into the esophagus, which causes the Acid reflux. It can also cause chronic acid refluxes in a lot of people, as it's generally not curable, especially for a lot of folks.

Some may be born with this hiatal hernia as well.

Omeprazole is also one of the more common medications for those with Acid reflux and gerd, however, it is generally one of the first medications that is used in the beginning that is prescribed for it, in low dosages.

From my own experience, Dexilant and Nexium are the two medications that are prescribed n higher dosages when gut and ulcer problems are annoying for those with Gerd and acid reflux issues.
