What color schemes work best for you?

What color schemes work best for you when designing? Do you find that you stick to the same types of colors often? I didn't realize how designing for one client could affect my color choices for the next client, but it happened recently. The designs turned out well though.

Yeah, it has happened to me several times too. I remembered when I designed something for a client with just few colours, the client love the design and recommend his friend immediately who has been looking for a designer. I make use of the same colour without even knowing though his was a bit darker and he love it.

I think I designed with the same colour choice for almost one week.

Whenever I design anything, I always find myself going for light blues, pinks and purples which is not always colours someone wants in their designs.

If I have a base to go on for colours, I find it easy enough to use them.

Depending on my mood, I either play with bright colors or dark colors. I like using red, yellow, blue
