Do you have anything that makes you quiver in fear whenever you remember it? Some people will say they are not afraid of anything but I don't believe that because as long as you're alive, there will definitely be one thing that gives you the creeps. Death is suppose to fear us but people have learnt how to accept death as a natural phenomenon, so it doesn't creep them out anymore.

What do you fear the most?

My worst fears have been regret or death. Years ago, I have always feared losing my loved ones either by natural death or something happening to them. I fear death as something that doesn't need to happen until it's given the go-ahead instructions but I think that it's mightier than what we take it as.

Currently, I don't fear losing them again because I have learned to shower them with the love, care, and attention they need from me so that I won't be afraid or regret if anything happens to them.

Death is inevitable. It's why I've also learnt not to be afraid of it as long as it's not something that have to do with a careless death which could have been avoided.

Being ravaged by dementia and Alzhimer when I become old is the first thing ot what fears me the most. Secondly, leaving my baby behind when I pass on is giving me sleepless nights.

You don't need to fear about those sickness. I think it's mostly a brain kind of disease and not every old person experience it. Just start now to remove your mind from it and you won't suffer from it😁.

Unfortunately, it's not that so easy as it sounds. When you have seen someone who's close to you get whacked up by it, it's going to give you a bad worry.

Now I get your point and I knew that it's not easy. The fear will always be there because you have experienced it first hand from someone close to you. But you know it's not certain that it will still happen to you, that's what I meant.

Yeah, I'm not certain it's going to happen to me and I'm also not certain it won't happen to me, so that's where the worry comes in.

It was like how I watched my grandma pass on in my arms some years ago, I'm still hurting whenever I remember her. I really miss her so much.

I'm so sorry for your loss my friend. Death is the only we can't outrun. It's a debt all of us will pay when it's ours is due.

This is also one of my biggest fears. I just hope I have the opportunity to accomplish everything I set out to do.
It's why I take life as a day by day journey and set daily task for myself and look at getting them. This is so I don't have myself overwhelmed by putting so many things on my head at once.

I'm still somewhat afraid of death, mainly just how I'm going to die and if it's going to hurt or not. I have been watching a hospice nurse on Youtube talk about the death process and she even shared a video of a elderly woman passing from natural causes and she went into great detail on what our bodies do during this process. She mentioned that after a certain point, it's not painful and eventually when the end of life process is starting to reach it's final stages you're not even fully conscious anymore so it doesn't hurt. Though to living people it looks like the person is suffering.

Everybody is afraid of death. Everybody including me have thought the way we will die but when it look like you are going too far with the thought, you call yourself to order.
I will check out this process of dying, maybe it will give me an insight on what I need to know.

I fear dying broke, and never accomplishing my dreams.
This is something that is capable of keeping me awake all through the night especially when I have evaluated everything and seeing that there isn't a way for me to be able to take care of a particular financial problem that is on my neck.

My biggest fear is probably becoming homeless or dying completely alone because I have been living with my parents for 32/33 (almost 34) years of my life and I have very few life skills and I find it hard to make friends or be in a relationship. Thankfully, I have two siblings who will probably help me excel in life when my parents pass on, but it's still a fearful thought in the back of my head that I'll be clueless when my parents pass on about how to live life and how to deal with all that is to come.

Although there are some people whom I would consider not being afraid of death because they actually the one that are looking for ways to end their lives. It's those who are suicidal as a result of their mental health issues.
