I don't eat breakfast, I have been avoiding breakfast for many years. I normally eat lunch by 11, so breakfast isn't necessary for me. In our place boiled and stir fried chickpea, fried breads, milk tea, flat breads, stir fried potatoes are some of the most common food items for breakfast.
What do you guys, generally eat for breakfast

Doughnuts or breakfast bars during the week and I tend to make myself during the weekends like pancakes, waffles, or eggs.

I typically just drink a breakfast essential in the morning if it's a weekday. On weekends I'll eat donuts or snack cakes.

I haven't eaten breakfast in years, but I generally eat eggs, or a sandwich for lunch. Occasionally, I'll eat white rice or chicken for lunch instead.

I eat eggs and chickpeas almost every day. But for variation I cook eggs ans chickpeas in a variety of ways.

If I could pick anything to have without consequences or a limit to the number of hours in a day, breakfast burritos. With fried potatoes, pico, nacho cheese, sour cream. Or a McGriddle.

But most of the time it's coffee, gatorade, or last night's leftovers lol

I like to eat fried breads, potato curry, and some sweets for breakfast..

I rarely eat breakfast but when I do, it's usually protein I go for. It's best eaten as your first meal of the day before anything else.

Last year, I used to have tea, bread and fried eggs for breakfast but not anymore. I don't eat bread again. It's that one food I've cut off 100% to improve my health.

Protein can actually be eaten whenever depending on your diet. Whether that's your first meal, or last meal.
Even swapping out a regular meal with a protein shake works well. Protein and Fiber are both equally important in regards to eating.

But, I also start my day off with Protein whether that's an Omelette, chicken/rice or an Egg sandwiches I ensure that I intake at least 20-60 grams of protein on a daily basis.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my favorite cereal to eat for breakfast.
