I can certain agree with you. These days most of the artists are already using autotune and in the future, they will even stop singing and ask AI to sing for them.

I surely hope not. Record labels may go this direction though. Timbaland has released an album by an AI system, and a few other labels have too.

50 cent has previewed some songs that he made with AI as well, but they were made his own voice and lyrics.

Maybe you are true, but I also believe human created music will exist along with AI generated music

I can definitely see a rise in AI in popular music. I'm currently listening to an AI generated remixed album of Sonic 3's music. I would hope the music industry doesn't end up like that but I have a bad feeling it will. Either that or we'll go full circle and music will sound like it currently does now since that has been happening with music.

As someone who enjoys finding new music often, I think AI remixes are interesting but they just don't have the same feel as music created by real artists. They can never be the same thing. I hope the human touch never disappears in music production or else we are screwed.

It looks like AI is getting the upper hand here with the way more artists are using it in music production, but just like you highlighted, it will be weird if in the next 25 years, that human touch is not there for music production.

You are right on point. Aside from funding, emerging artists can become more popular if they can find their ways around social media networks. If they are able to make a few social media influencers use their songs as background songs in dancing, it makes it even better.

That's an interesting perspective, and I do agree that record labels may start being used less often within the next 25 years as well. Artists these days do have the opportunity to not sign to a label if they'd like to do so by utilizing distribution network companies like Distrokid.
