Everyone has a different idea of balance when it comes to gaming. What is gaming balance for you? Is it about playing for a set amount of time, taking regular breaks, or ending the session while you're still having fun instead of pushing your limits?

Playing a few hours, having good light-hearted fun during it. Not playing for hours and having a mouth while playing some online games.

For me, a healthy gaming session has a clear stopping point and doesn't interfere with sleep, work, or other responsibilities.

Gaming balance is less about a strict time limit and more about keeping it enjoyable. I try to stop before I'm exhausted, take breaks during longer sessions, and make sure gaming doesn't interfere with sleep, work, or other important parts of life.

I play games a couple of times a week, and I play only for a couple of hours. I do not let my gaming session affect my work or chores. This is a healthy gaming session for me.
