Oof, now I know I'm getting old if the 360 is considered a classic now.
ik for a fact that i call it classic since we had most of our fun on that console growing up till new gen slowly took over us and most of us in our 20s now with jobs and life

I’m in my 30’s, so I was 15 when it dropped. So half of my high school, and all my college years was that console generation.

I was basically adulting already.

I feel old reading this topic. I can't believe the 360 will be turning 20 years old in three years. :O I remember when the 360 came out, and I'm glad I didn't get a launch console! I got my first 360 in 2010. it was the black Elite model. I got it with one of the checks I got back from my grant since I was in college at the time. I sold that one back in 2016 since I was low on cash. I just got another 360 last year, though this time I went with the 360 E slim model, the newest version. This model came out the same year the Xbox One did.

The Xbox 360 will reach its 20th anniversary milestone soon. I can definitely relate to the game to keep warm memories of the past. I still remembered the good old days when playing Xbox 360 with my friends.

The Xbox 360 was a decent console at launch but I really think it fell short in rivaling it's main contemporary, Playstation 3. Many users at the time lamented the lack of Blu-ray player on the console. At that time, I chose Playstation 3 over the Xbox 360.

I get what you mean. The PS3 definitely had an edge with Blu-ray back then. I remember how cool it was watching movies on the same console I played games on. But still, Xbox 360 gave me some of my best multiplayer memories, especially with Halo.
