You are correct with this assertion. I am a person who believes so much in positivity, and it has really helped me to become a good person in life. I don't like to see situations where people are filled with all forms or negativity at all.

There's a saying about an idle mind being the devil's workshop. You have to get yourself doing something or bad thoughts with cloud your mind at all times.
 
If you can't exercise very often, it's best to look being on diet. This will do so much wonders for your health in ways that you can't imagine.
Yeah, taking care of your diet and being cautious of what you eat is another measure to be mentally stable. Eating everything that pass your way is another way to kill yourself and degrade your mental health.
