Eye strain, stiff shoulders, sore wrists, or back pain can creep up before you realize it. Which issue affects you the most, and what simple habits or equipment have actually helped?

After a long gaming session, I usually notice stiff shoulders, a sore neck, and tired eyes before anything else. If I sit for too long, my back also starts to feel uncomfortable.

Wrist pain, I injured my wrists from bad mouse use and now it just doesn't like anything 🙃

Back ache was mine. In some of those situations, I try to sleep immediately I noticed so that it doesn't get worse.

Eye strain and stiff shoulders are usually my biggest issues after long sessions. Taking short breaks, adjusting screen brightness, and stretching regularly help a lot. A comfortable chair and keeping the monitor at the right height also makes my sessions easy.

I don't play games for extended period. Even when I am spending hours playing game, I don't feel discomfort because I have ergonomic gaming chair, which is comfortable for long session and a big monitor

My bottom hurts sometimes after sitting for a while lol, it's best to stand up and stretch whenever you can while you're playing games for a long time. It is also crucial to rest your eyes and the computer or console you're playing to give it a rest too.
