What sim games do you like to play?

Pet sites and sim games are very similar in nature; however, sim games are more focused on simulation. They are designed to mimic aspects of the real world, whereas pet sites are not designed like sim games, but they’re both apart of the same genre, pet raising games.

Sim games generally include features like showing, territory management, and stables, along with competitions and rankings.

So, what sim games do you like to play?

I’ve been playing Wolfplay and Lioden lately.

I don't game much, but when I do, I have a very small catalog to choose from

I like Sim Tower. But, if you can't emulate that old software, it looks like Steam has "Project Highrise" that looks the same.

I liked it over Sim City because it let me focus on my own building, which I hope to actually own one day, but not to the extent that you can do in the game (perhaps a 4-8 room apartment complex).

I completely agree with your distinction between pet sites and sim games. I'm a fan of sim games myself, and I've been playing Howrse and Equine Ranch for a while now. I kind of love the combination of horse breeding, training, and competing.

Howrse is indeed a great choice. I've played it in the past, but for me, I found Equine Ranch to be a bit too simplistic. Wolfplay and Lioden offer more complex gameplay mechanics.

The sim game that I have been playing passionately of late is Horse Reality. And it is one game that can be really addictive. The genetics and breeding systems are deep and detailed. One has to establish a ranch from scratch, manage it and reproduce based on your desired traits.

Lioden is also one my favourite, as it seems to be very addictive. I don't wanna put that game down whenever I pick it up. I love the way the events influences its gameplay.

I am a great fan of The Sims franchise because it is highly creative. I get more attached to games that let me create a house and a storyline by myself. I tend to stick around with such games often.
