What would you be doing in bed for 2 to 3 hours after you are no longer sleeping? Would it be probably pressing your smartphone?I usually wake up around 10am, but it takes me 2-3 hours to actually get up.

I usually don't wake up until at least 10am. I hate when I oversleep, and miss everything I had planned for the day.
I have a hard time falling asleep, so I'm usually awake until late night or early morning until I finally pass out.I am a morning person, and that means that I tend to wake up very early in order to start up my activities for the day. Sleeping till 8 am is not even possible in my books.
It will always be hard for you to get up very early in the morning especially if you normally go to bed very late at night.I have a hard time falling asleep, so I'm usually awake until late night or early morning until I finally pass out.
I'll quite often stay up until 7am. hehe Esp. now since my g/f and I have found several awesome on-line co-op games to play! And it's cooler at night!!I really wish sometimes I could wake up early like 7 AM, but my body is just for the night.
As long as the dream is not a nightmare, I will always welcome it. I used to have nightmares a lot but over the past few years, it have stopped happening to me.I have been sleeping early since this month, at most 8:30pm and I'm already in the dream world. I will wake up early by 5am and can be awake till 7am when I will prepare for work.
I don't have nightmares. I can have beautiful dreams or have dreams where I have some messages to deliver. The nightmares you had, are they frightening or the ones that you got some messages? As long as the dream is not a nightmare, I will always welcome it. There's nothing calm about nightmares. They are creepy and frightening at the same time. It always felt like I was going to die in my sleep when I used to get them.I don't have nightmares. Hahaha. The name is heavy in the mouth talk more of what you see while having a nightmare. They are scary sometimes and there are also times that they are used to show or give us messages about our life. There's nothing calm about nightmares. Receiving a message in a form of being in trance is actually a little bit different from having a nightmare because the experiences are totally different.Hahaha. Yes, all the nightmares that I have all had in the past have always been very frightening. I wake up sweating a lot after being through that hell.I don't have nightmares. Maybe you have a bad memories while growing up or you had some things that really affected your emotions. Nightmares doesn't just come, something will trigger it. Thank God you are good now.Yes, all the nightmares that I have all had in the past have always been very frightening. I wake up sweating a lot after being through that hell.
Wow, that's the longest sleep I have seen someone mentioned. I can't sleep long to these hours because something or somebody will surely come to disturb me or check if I'm still alive. It depends. If I have had a good night of sleep and had gone to bed 11pm - 12am, I tend to be awake around 10-11am.
If I haven't had the greatest night of sleep, I usually sleep in until 2-3pm.
Any time you close your eyes and take a nap, maybe just 1 hour or more, you will be refreshed. Short sleep or longer sleep are always good for the body.I wake up around 5 am on a daily basis. Even if it's a short sleep duration, I'm still refreshed.
Exactly what my friend who trades on the stock say all the time. He wakes up very early in the morning. I usually wake up around 6am now.4:00 - 4:15 AM generally.
You have to be up before the competition!
