It depends. If I have had a good night of sleep and had gone to bed 11pm - 12am, I tend to be awake around 10-11am.
If I haven't had the greatest night of sleep, I usually sleep in until 2-3pm.

Wow, that's the longest sleep I have seen someone mentioned. I can't sleep long to these hours because something or somebody will surely come to disturb me or check if I'm still alive.

My sleep cycle is crazy because I will sometimes go to bed at 10 and sometimes 2 in the morning. However, I always wake up between 7 and 10 in the morning.

I'm getting old, so I do require a 1-2 hour power nap around 4 though.
I wish it's possible for me to nap during the day. Does age play any role in making it easier for one to nap in the day?

I don't know if age play any role when it comes to napping during the day. As young as I am, I find it hard to nap during the day. I can only have my siesta when I am too tired or sick.

I work the graveyard shift so I try to wake up by noon at least. Anyway, it's necessary to do that or wake later because otherwise you get too tired. Had anyone tried such a sleep schedule?

Now, of course, many see night owl stuff as hedonism but not if that's your work schedule, but I don't mind it. In fact, it opens up more job opportunities for me and slightly higher pay.
