There are so many of us who had memorable childhood. Our parents got us nearly everything that's going to make our lives enjoyable. I got gifts randomly and always on my birthday. I had 2 big boxes stacked with toys growing up.

What are your favorite toys as a child?

I liked the battery toy car 🚗 when I was growing up. My dad got different designs of it when he realised that it was what I truly liked then. When I look back, I am happy that he made it possible for me to enjoy those times.

I liked RV cars, matchbox cars, marbles, and pokemon cards. I also loved yugioh cards.

I never had lots of toys as a kid only the Pokémon cards. My dad was a disciplinarian who wanted his kids to attain the best education and that led him to think that most of the toys can be a distraction. I won't make such a mistake that he did when I start having my kids as such mentality is wrong.

I was a big lego kid growing up, I enjoyed playing with them along with power rangers stuff and race cars.

I will say that your dad just wants the best for you. He might have witnessed situations where playing too much with toys didn't end well for some families and he doesn't want that for his kids.

He never went for balance as he was just focused on doing everything to turn me into a "bookworm". I can't agree that doing so was all about wanting the best for me.

The toy car was my thing. The small plastic ones is what I always have. There was no phone, no tablet in those days. It's just your imagination. Sometimes we just argue whose car can speed more. Everything was so simple back then.

I love funko pop action figures so much. They were my favourite growing up. I had many collection of DC action figures with Batman and Joker my favourites.

I had a tricycle and I loved it very much. When my cousin, many years older to me, tried to sit on it and broke it, I cried for days.

I love dolls, car toys and soft teddies.
My parents bought a lot of them for me when I was little.

I remember spending hours with dress-up toys, and my niece now loves the same kind of play. She recently got the Disney Princess dress up set and wears it almost daily for tea parties and pretend adventures. It holds up well to constant use and sparks her imagination in a way simple toys sometimes don't.

I liked stuffed toys, I still have a few stuffed toys from my childhood
You mean like plushies right? I love the bigger ones very much because they are so perfect to cuddle with.
