What type of color do you use in designing?

We've got the oil based colours and the water-based ones. When it comes to printing your design works, which ones do you mostly focus on using?

I normally use both in designing but I prefer oil based colour to water colour because of the authenticity and the brighter colour it shows. Water colour is very good in terms of if you need to do a quick job.

I always loved using the water colors, they made a lighter shade of colors that was easier to use.

I primarily use digital CMYK colors for printing because it ensure accurate representation.

I send my digital files in and they come back printed.

I work with digital design, I do not print my design. However, in the past I used to paint and I used water color and poster color for painting.

I usually go with colors that match the logo if I'm doing web design. My favorite colors to use are red, black, and gold.
