I had spaghetti for dinner this evening. I'm still wanting to eat soft foods since I got a tooth extracted and noodles are fine to eat lol. I had a can of Brisk Lemon Tea with it.
 
I had yogurt this morning. I was feeling a bit weak when I woke up and knew that I needed to drink this in order to feel better.
 
I ate 2 boiled eggs after my training this morning. It was a routine for me every time that I work out.
 
I had a mixed juice of pineapple, banana, and grape. I just wanted something that I would eat to feel relaxed and that was just the perfect one.
