What are some things you think are actually worth spending money on and not a waste at all?


Honestly, I’d say a good mattress, solid shoes, a reliable smartphone, and a quality laptop. You use them daily, so it’s worth investing in stuff that lasts and doesn’t mess up your back or your day.



What about you? What’s something you bought that ended up being totally worth it?
 
Air conditioning unit is that item for me because it's something that I can't afford not to use every day as long as I'm at home. I can't stay in a place where it's hot. My AC makes life easier for me, without it, I'm roasted.

I love that quote! "Comfort is king" and it sums it all up. An air conditioning unit can really change the game, especially in hot climate. I love that too!

Facts! Looking at how hot Lagos is which is where I'm staying, having an air conditioning unit is paramount. Lagos is overpopulated, it makes it unbearable to live here.

I agree, a nice smartphone is on par with having a mini computer. It can do many things that a basic computer can do. Smartphones sure have evolved a lot over the years. Having a quality washing machine and dryer goes a long way as well.

This is a great investment as well. I don't know how I'd survive in Texas without AC either. It's like stepping foot in an actual sauna everytime it's summer here. I love the summer compared to the winter though.

The way my body used to get hot heating up as I sweat profusely started making me think I suffering from one health problem or another but that wasn't the case.
 
I personally can't downplay the worth of investing in a quality smartphone and laptop. As a music producer, my level of productivity has shot up in leaps and bounds because of those two gadgets that I had to spend so much to buy quality. It has really paid off for me.
