Launching a game takes a lot of time, patience, hardwork, effort and dedication, however, what are some of the things that you wish you knew prior to launching your game in the beginning?
In the early days, I do see some owners expecting rapid growth from the very start and expecting to make become the next "big one". however, every pet site is different & unique in its own ways. There isn't too many things that can shift one game's element from the other. What works for one, may not work for the other. Especially when it pertains to its community, member base, and vibe. Would you launch a kickstarter or launch with a bigger staff team?
But, are there any particular things that you wish you knew prior to launching your game from the very first day? If so, what are they?
