I found out about forest bathing as a new concept and I became immediately interested. Research shows that nature experiences produce three beneficial effects. They decrease stress, improve our emotional statr and decrease hypertension. Being near nature and trees provides humans with mental and physical relaxation benefits. Have you tried forest bathing? What benefits have you experienced?
 
I know that spending time under natural surroundings brings powerful effects to my mental health because it helps lower stress and anxiety while it improved mood greatly too.
