As for me, stress and anxiety can be controlled with help of physical activity as well as meditation. An everyday jog or yoga session can assist in wiping a person’s brain, eliminating stress. I also make time for personal care activities like praying and meditation exercises and reading. What about you?

I used to take lots of rest when I am stressed. Resting and eating healthy foods are the ways I can manage my stress, sometimes I can add seeing a movie to calm my nerves and muscles.
That's a great approach! Our bodies need both rest and healthy food combined with relaxation to decrease stress and anxiety. Regular physical activity, meditation and deep breathing work wonders during stress management for me.

Meditation and physical activities wasn't what I used to do always but I make sure that I take a walk early morning before going out from the house.

Managing stress and anxiety is never easy but it is possible. I have always found that taking time for myself and even going for a walk if I feel up to it can help a great deal.

Managing stress and dealing with anxiety simply means everyone should devote time to themselves. Practicing mindfulness along with meditation and deep breathing exercises has shown remarkable results because they help calm my mind and decrease my anxiety levels.

I always advocate for rest as the best way to handle stress and anxiety. If possible, have a deep sleep. It would really help you to manage that stress and anxiety. If you don't take that rest, you would be largely unproductive when you are stressed, regardless of how hardworking you are as a person.

Typically getting outdoors in nature and exercising by hiking, cycling, and camping is my anti-anxiety medication.

However, my wife has been a big help keeping me grounded while dealing with all the stress I've had to endure after my dad died in early August. Without her, I'm not sure if I could have kept going without losing my mind.

Love. I'll never trade anything for it.

Taking a break from whatever it is that's giving thee person such stress and anxiety. If he or she doesn't, it's going get critical in a bad way as quickly as possible.

Sleeping is one of the best ways to handle stress. The problem is that some may not really enjoy sleeping or deep sleep and end up not feeling relieved afterwards. What would you advise that they do afterwards.

That's a nice point. I don't get a good sleep when I'm so stressed and I’ve had nights where I just wake up being very tired. So, in that case, I need a very light stretching. This little thing helps me a lot. I also found listening to calm music to do wonders as well. I guess it’s about finding what really relaxes your mind before you hit the pillow.

It's very possible to manage stress but it will never be easy. The best way is to find good hobby and focus on it. I love to read while stress because it helps me to relax.
I couldn’t agree more. Reading helps me too. Whenever I’m stressed, I just grab a book or go for a walk. Sometimes just sitting in silence helps me out. Stress never really goes away but you just have to learn how to handle it better.

There's no way that stress can go away, we only have to manage it whilst we also find things to do that can help us relaxed. Walking is another better way to manage stress, glad you are doing that.
