What Pokemon/Digimon evolutions do you like the most?

Larvitar/Tyrannitar is my favorite evolution for Pokemon. Wargrowlmon is my favorite digital evolution.

I like the original Pokemon fire, water and plant evolutions, never expected such cute creatures turning into large monsters beasts. Been too long for me to recall digimon at this time.
