What's your favorite type of cuisine and why?

I have absolute passion for Italian food. The blend of robust tastes and scents and different textures creates an experience which always produces a special effects on me. The complete dishes of pasta along with pizza represent culinary works of art to me. Among your preferred eating choices, which one do you like best?
 
Chicken Alfredo is one of my favorite cuisines.

I also love lasagna and kale soup. Cachupa(a creole dish) is also one of my favorites.
 
I am an African man, so it suffice to say that I prefer it in Africa can delicacies.

I love swallow most especially with oha soup.

I like pasta. There's different kinds of pasta you can make depending on what you're in the mood for.
