Vacations are simply ways that you get to unwind and stay away from the pressures of life. Have you recently gone on any vacation recently, or has it been years that you want to one?

Took a couple of convention trips this year if that counts, haven't gone on a full-blown vacation in a long while.

One of the usual vacations is visiting my sister in West Virginia. My mother and father go six times a year to see her, I go with them whenever I have the extra funds.

I never really go on vacations. I haven't left the country since 2014...

I go on staycations quite often though, experiencing all this wonderful place has to offer, from the best sight-seeing spots to the greatest-rated hotels. I've been doing it for years, and this place never gets old; it always has something new or unique to offer.

I'm craving for a getaway so bad. I want my girl to take me out🤣. OMG! I can't believe that my last vacation was 6 months ago. I need one right away.

I had a road trip to Idanre, a local Park in my home country. The landscape and the feel of seeing where cold and hot water meet is breathtaking.

Lucky you! It's been a while I had such a wonderful break. I might have to do something about it sooner. I’m overdue for vacation 🤣.

Vacations are times when you get to recharge your batteries. To be able to do this would be really beautiful to say the least. So, plan towards that.

I just got back from a 2 week in Japan with 2 nights in Korea. Was a blast

I try as much as possible to get at least 2 vacations in a year. I'm working too hard not to give myself a good treat in between the months. I I'll be going for another 2 weeks vacation next month.

It's been a while since I went on vacation, however I am going to Chicago next weekend to see the Sonic Symphony! It'll be my first time going to Chicago too! I can't wait, it's going to be awesome!

Nice - I haven't ventured out to Chicago yet either. My wife keeps trying to convince me.

Well, you have to listen to her sooner or later because I'm very sure that she knows what's best for you.

I visited Illinois back in 2016. It was nice out there. I didn’t get a chance to explore Chicago, but I did visit Jacksonville and Springfield.

This is nice, but I guess you should create a time to go on another vacation and possibly get to see some other sides of Chicago. What do you think about that?

I'm on holiday at the moment!

I made a goal to visit a different country every year and so I've been travelling a lot this year.

That's cool! I wish I can do same but the budget would be on top of the roof. I like travelling to different places because it's part of education.

One of the benefits of living in Europe (and super close to an airport) is cheap flights. Most of the ones I've taken this year have been under $100 USD return. I'm flying to Spain next month for around 65 USD and my return flights Morocco in December are a grand total of 40 USD!

I love learning about new cultures, and trying new food. I went to Bulgaria this year literally just to eat lots of Bulgarian food as I fell in love with it last year when I visited.

You are having the best times of your life with such amazing experiences. I have always stood my ground that when flights are cheaper, things get to become really much better in terms of going on vacations to different destinations.

It is public knowledge for anyone looking to travel around Europe. Aside from some taxes in some places, you will have some good time.

Yeah, you get some total bargains. You sometimes need to be flexible so if you want to go somewhere specific at a certain time then it'll be harder but I just use Skyscanner and search "everywhere" and it shows the cheap flights.

It's also really cheap to fly within Asia too once you're there - spent 6 weeks over there and most flights were again really cheap aside from the one to get out there (and even then, it was a really good deal)

Unless I decide to visit my ex that lives in Illinois again, that’s not going to happen.😅

She’s the only reason I went to Illinois the last time lmao

I went to a vacation about a year ago, I trekked for 4 days to reach a Himalayan lake called Tilicho, once called the lake situated in the highest altitude. The trekking took me over the Himalayan mountain range.

I haven't planned on any vacation and I don't have plan of going for any right now. Though my babe have asked for my consent for many times but I am not in the spirit of traveling now.

The last time I went on vacation was when I was around 11 years old with family, we went to a Butlins holiday place for a week, it was amazing.

Wow, that's amazing! Trekking through the Himalayas must have been a thrilling experience. You must have seen some incredible views of nature.

I've never left my country, so I've never been on a vacation. I wish someday to visit Vegas. I probably won't leave.
