One of the usual vacations is visiting my sister in West Virginia. My mother and father go six times a year to see her, I go with them whenever I have the extra funds.

I never really go on vacations. I haven't left the country since 2014...

I go on staycations quite often though, experiencing all this wonderful place has to offer, from the best sight-seeing spots to the greatest-rated hotels. I've been doing it for years, and this place never gets old; it always has something new or unique to offer.

I had a road trip to Idanre, a local Park in my home country. The landscape and the feel of seeing where cold and hot water meet is breathtaking.

I just got back from a 2 week in Japan with 2 nights in Korea. Was a blast

It's been a while since I went on vacation, however I am going to Chicago next weekend to see the Sonic Symphony! It'll be my first time going to Chicago too! I can't wait, it's going to be awesome!

Nice - I haven't ventured out to Chicago yet either. My wife keeps trying to convince me.

I'm on holiday at the moment!

I made a goal to visit a different country every year and so I've been travelling a lot this year.

That's cool! I wish I can do same but the budget would be on top of the roof. I like travelling to different places because it's part of education.

One of the benefits of living in Europe (and super close to an airport) is cheap flights. Most of the ones I've taken this year have been under $100 USD return. I'm flying to Spain next month for around 65 USD and my return flights Morocco in December are a grand total of 40 USD!

I love learning about new cultures, and trying new food. I went to Bulgaria this year literally just to eat lots of Bulgarian food as I fell in love with it last year when I visited.

You are having the best times of your life with such amazing experiences. I have always stood my ground that when flights are cheaper, things get to become really much better in terms of going on vacations to different destinations.

Yeah, you get some total bargains. You sometimes need to be flexible so if you want to go somewhere specific at a certain time then it'll be harder but I just use Skyscanner and search "everywhere" and it shows the cheap flights.

It's also really cheap to fly within Asia too once you're there - spent 6 weeks over there and most flights were again really cheap aside from the one to get out there (and even then, it was a really good deal)

I went to a vacation about a year ago, I trekked for 4 days to reach a Himalayan lake called Tilicho, once called the lake situated in the highest altitude. The trekking took me over the Himalayan mountain range.
