Which genre is better for a short gaming session?

Not every game works well when you only have 20 or 30 minutes. What genres are good for short play sessions? What genres require really need a long uninterrupted session?

For a short gaming session, I usually prefer casual games, roguelites, puzzle games, or racing games. They let you jump in, have fun for 15 to 30 minutes, and stop without feeling like you've left something unfinished. They fit short breaks much better than long story-driven games.

When I have limites time for gaming, I like to play sports games, card games, tower defense, or a few matches in a multiplayer game. When I have more time, I prefer open-world RPGs, city builders, simulation games, or long strategy games.
