Which retro game has the best soundtrack?

After doing my research, nothing beats Final Fantasy VII soundtrack for me. That opening theme alone gives me goosebumps. The funniest thing is I still hum it sometimes. It's funny how just a sound track could carry such heavy emotion. Retro composers are good at maximizing the gameplay. You just have to give it to them in that area.
