There are different video games editions which are always release for gamers to make their choice from. The one which I buy most of the time is between Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition. There are other editions which are more expensive because of the items which they come with.

What's your favourite edition to buy in games?

Deluxe edition have been my favourite because it's affordable and offers soundtracks and bonus levels. Sometimes, I go for collector's edition too.

No, I don't think Deluxe Edition is affordable. It's more expensive than the Standard Edition. But if it's affordable to you, who am I say it's not 🤣

Usually the base, unless the upper ones have really good deals. But I try not to spend too much.
Spending too big on any video game have never been my way of purchasing games. I see it as waste of money when I can get almost the same thing from the base game.

Basically, I usually opt for the Deluxe Edition, and it often includes extra content like DLCs or soundtracks that enhance the gaming experience.

I always get the discounted version of any game I buy unless I really want the add-ons. The only game I ever bought any add-ons for is elder scrolls.

The extra goodies like the figurines, artbooks, or collectible cases make it feel like a special treat to me. The past editions are memorable and I think it worth the extra cost.

I normally buy standard. That's usually $60, and only if the game looks really, really good. 😀

I usually stick to the Deluxe Edition. Unless there's a specific bonus or early access incentive, I don't really see the need for extra frills.

I paid $71.75 total for Astro Bot. This includes shipping fee and tax which isn't bad. It was the digital Standard Edition I paid for.

I usually go for the Standard Edition, unless if it's a favorite franchise, then I’ll definitely go for the Collector's Edition.

For games that I absolutely love like the soccer games. I always buy the Deluxe editions. Most games that I am just trying to give a trial to, I would stick to the standard edition.

Yes, this makes a lot of sense to me! Deluxe edition are definitely worth it and that's why so many people go for them. It's been the favorite of mine since I get all the extras which is rarely found in other editions. The standard edition is just only perfect for testing new titles.

Exactly, deluxe editions feel more rewarding. I remember getting the collector’s edition of Assassin’s Creed, it was all fun. It felt special in a way the standard edition never does. To be fair, I only go for the games I’m already hyped about.
