Most of the times, reading through privacy policy of sites and apps, it always seems like it is written in another language different from regular English.

Is it that privacy policy of sites and apps can't be written in simple English? Most times, I just scroll and accept them.

Who else does privacy policy of sites and apps end up confusing?

I think you are not alone in this as I also often get confused by the privacy policies of those sites. Those lengthy articles feel like they are written in different language, they are quite difficult to understand. I don't know if you guys observe that the privacy policies of those sites look so similar.

Nothing much to read, just scroll and pass. I've tried to know if I will understand what they always mean but it's very impossible.

I think it is a legal template that all the sites copy. They don't even bother breaking down the legal language so that ordinary people understand. I just scroll and accept also. Hardly anyone reads them.
