Story-heavy games, intense competitive matches, and high-pressure multiplayer experiences can leave players emotionally drained. Have you ever needed time to recover after finishing a game? What made that experience so impactful?

Frankly speaking, I don't do competitive gaming, I also avoid playing games that have a lot of learning curves. I play games for relaxation, therefore, I don't play difficult games that test my limits.

I think some games feel emotionally exhausting because they demand constant focus, quick decisions, or dealing with repeated failure. Competitive pressure, toxic interactions, and long sessions can add to that feeling.
