After a long session, you can feel mentally drained even if you had fun. What kinds of game mechanics demand the most energy from you, and which ones help you recharge instead?

Some games demand constant attention, quick decisions, and emotional investment. If you're concentrating for hours, especially in competitive or high-pressure games, they can leave you feeling more mentally exhausted than work, even if you enjoyed playing.

I sometimes play real time strategy games. Even though I enjoy these games, I find them too tiring because the game demands constant attention.

Most real time strategy games will always demand serious attention from you when you play them. You must always show that commitment when you are playing such games but at the end of the session, I have always noticed that it is tiring.
