YouTuber Outdoor Boys(14.8m subs) just announced he’s retiring the channel for now.

One of the most wholesome creators on the platform stepping away due to the fame and to focus on helping others/his children’s channels.

Outdoor Boys has stated that he has gotten too famous due to his channel’s success for his family and would like to now focus on living a “normal” life, so to speak. He originally started creating Youtube videos 11 years ago, which is an amazing accomplishment in itself! He also wants to help his kids grow their own youtube channel as a father.

I found out about this earlier today when I was reading the comments in the LA beast's latest video. I never watched this channel before and honestly didn't know about his channel before today but I think it's a good thing he's stepping away to take care of his family. Family always comes before anything and I can't imagine how tough things would have been if he continued to make his channel and also had to focus on his family.

Never heard of him, but I have been watching someone who nature cooks, they are all interesting videos.

I haven't either. It's pretty awesome that he managed to accomplish over 1 million subscribers on his Youtube. He'll be generating passive income from Youtube channel for a very long time. Focusing on his kids channel is something that I'd do as well. Stepping away to take care of your family is more vital and important than running a Youtube. I'm glad that he's devoting time to do that.

He accomplished something that others have dreamed about doing for many years and that itself is an accomplishment. It's pretty cool that he managed to do that. I'm not so much of a hiker or anything, but I might take a look at his videos one of these days just to experience it.

Yeah, it's pretty understandable that Luke Nichols would choose to leave the Outdoor Boys channel. Fifteen million subscribers is an awful lot of attention to keep up.
