Hello folks! Ittermat here Im here to talk to you about Petcore!
Why Petcore? Whyd you make it?
Well I have an 11 year old Mysidia site running 1.3.4. And I ran into alot of trouble when 5.6 is no longer available and the site was having many issues which werent being fixed...! so with a lack of help from Mysidias owner (Which was frusterating)- I decided screw this im making MY OWN FRAMEWORK! So I found a new host- went to Chatgpt for some help with the Deeper stuff Im not sure how to do AND I DID. Atrocity is RUNNING on that framework now- (Still in progress though on the new host cuz theres ALOT To convert..)
What is Petcore?
Mysidia but better!
Petcore is a framework based on Mysidia 1.3.4's folder structure that brings it into the modern era- it will be php 8+ compatible with more features, easy modding, and a short learning curve.. heck if you already know how to work with Mysidia 1.3.4 you'll be right at home with Petcore! However we are definitely not Copying 1.3.4 its just similar in structure to folders so people know where things go and it uses view and controller files like it did. Because THATS how I know how to do MY site. And how many people know how to do sites because 1.3.4 is alot of peoples favorite.
Who's the owners?
The owners of Petcore are who we call the Petsite Collective! A group of people who just like creating petsites and want to help others do the same.

NOTHING This framework is opensourced and free! Us at the collective have never believed in competing with other petsites. WE love seeing what other people create!
