Virtual Pet Sites with the best or worst support teams

Pet sites strive when they have a good support team for their members, but what pet sites do you think have the best support? Are there any pet sites that you feel have the worst customer service?

Do you think having a great support team is one of main things that keeps users glued to a pet site? What virtual pet sites do you think need to improve their customer service?

Has there ever been a situation where one of your support tickets went unanswered? If so, which pet site was it? Was there ever a situation where you lost your account due to a banning spree? A banning spree occurs when users are caught using the same ip, but the same range could be because of their service provider. I've seen this happened on Neopets and users that were innocent got banned for no reason.

As a player, what pet games have you received the best support on, or the worst?

Of course, everyone tends to agree that Marapets has the best support team. Always quick to reply and that helps the user. Compared to Neopets, which is really exhausting.

Neopets has had issues with their customer service for a long time now. I'm not entirely sure if they'll ever be able to change their approach to how they handle their user base. Marapets has a pretty good ticket system where they'll be able to help users pretty quickly. They also have a team of admins that enable to address user's users pretty swiftly.

I also think Flight Rising's and Khimeros' customer service is pretty good along with Powerpets. Everytime I've had an issue or two, Powerpets has been quick to help me. I haven't had to wait a long time for a response.

Neopets act that way because they believe that they've got a large number of users without considering the fact that they are likely going to experience some challenges in the future if more users keep complaining of not being attended to in the right way.

That's what is expected when a platform becomes so big and it feels it can afford to lose some users. I have a message that I sent to Neopets support and till now, 2 months after, they are yet to respond to me. Very terrible customer support system.
I think Neopets has one of the worst support team due to recent events where a lot of members decided to jump ship.

Xanje banned me for the stupidest reason because I told people not to put a hate symbol (the pentagram) in their pfp they blocked me from chat when I was using the site to talk to my friends well i decided I would make a new account and start fresh but they blocked me from the site because apparently it wasn’t allowed to make a new account to evade bans even though I wasn’t going to say anything to anyone anymore I tried to email them where they said to email to ask for help but they haven’t replied in 2 weeks and I don’t think they will ever reply maybe my gmails broken idk then Maru pets banned me for the stupidest reason because I tried to message my friend on the site and for some reason she didn’t respond to me even tho she was online then maru pets told me to not message random people then I said she’s not a random person she was my friend and I tried to message her again and I was banned from the site

@Kross Sites like Marapets have actually been quite receptive to user questions, whereas Neopets do not appear to be very adequate at responding to the inquiries. A two month delay to get a reply is certainly annoying.
