I love tea, but actually rarely drink it. I'm more into ice coffee. Anyway, I used to go into phases where I'd buy those Brisk half and half teas from gas stations.

Who likes unsweetened tea? It's actually really good.

I am in between both, I am a regular for tea and I like it brewed either with some mint but at times it is just the normal tea. On occasion, I do take coffee as well. So to ask me to choose one then I will have to go for tea because coffee contains high caffeine which is not recommended to take. Why do people like to take coffee, tea or both?

I am not a coffer lover. I don't envy people showing off photos on FB while they are inside the famous coffee outlet. I would rather go for a tea drink or iced cold drink. I tried their coffee but I would go for iced coffee not hot coffee. The last time I had Starbucks for free was on November 2022.

I love coffee and tea, but I tend to drink more coffee than tea these days. Ima huge fan of Columbian coffee, breakfast blend coffee and Dunkin donut’s coffee.

I love green tea and iced tea.

What about you? Are you a coffee drinker or do you prefer to drink tea?

I take more coffee. The thing with drinking coffee is that it helps me stay fit and alert for the rest of the day. Drinking tea doesn't give me that push each day that I take it.

I am a tea drinker. I love tea more than coffee. I'm a huge fan of Peak, Dano and Crowns. I love my tea to be thick as towel.

I have not had either, though I really do want to try tea one day. I'm sure it would help me with any health benefits.

How many cups of coffee do you tend to drink a day? I usually drink two cups of coffee daily.

Tea is mainly for relaxation and not for working. If you want to be more agile and alert while working, take more of coffee.
I like taking coffee because of the fitness and alertness but since I read that taking too much coffee have some side effects, I stopped taking them and focus on drinking tea.

I want to understand if there's any way that coffee have any side effects because I read that taking too much coffee causes some damages in the body or was it just a fallacy?

It's tea for me. I can't remember the last time I had coffee and I wouldn't be having it now for any reason whatsoever. I hardly sleep, so I don't need more caffeine in me because that means no sleep at all.

It can have prolonged side effects if you're drinking it far too much, especially increased heart rate and blood pressure. However, this usually happens if you're drinking about 4-6 cups of coffee on a daily basis. It's a rare side effect and not so common.

It can also lead to dehydration issues, especially if you're not intaking enough water. Which occurs with things like drinking soda as well. The thing with coffee is that you should limit the amount of sugar and creamer that you use with it as well.

Well detailed information. I have seen people take 3-4 cups of coffee and I have wondered how they managed their lives. I can't take coffee without sugar or creamer, no time to take bitter water.

You also forgot to add not being able to sleep well because of having too much caffeine in your system. It's one of the main reasons why coffee doesn't work for me.

I like both coffee and tea. Personally, it's all about the flavor and the moment I'm in. Sometimes it's coffee, and sometimes it's tea.

I used to drink 3-6 cups of of coffee in the past and didn't see any problems in it, but it is different for everyone. However, I do know that if you drink after 8pm or 9pm, you may have problems sleeping. I have some relatives that have been drinking it for many years now and they've been perfectly fine, with no health issues. It can also boast your metabolism, keep your liver healthy, and has Antioxidants.

I like drinking my coffee black sometimes, but I prefer to drink it with a small amount of sugar, milk or creamer. I'm not really big on putting milk in my coffee though.

If I have the time and the correct measures to prepare perfect ginger tea... Then I would opt for it.
I don't even mind buying it either...
If that's not the case... Then coffee ..I suppose >>

Coffe is my morning energizer. I wouldn't be able to do much in the day if I should skip my coffee. I have my coffee maker at home and in the office too. I take tea too but not as often as I do coffee.

Why do you like having sweetener in your tea but not in your coffee?

I like to add milk and cream in my tea, so sweetener naturally fits in. I don't want cream or milk in my coffee, so I don't use sweetener. I drink tea for sweetness, I drink coffee for bitterness. 😀

The best days start with a cup of coffee. I have become a customer of the shop where I get my coffee on a weekly basis. I can't do without having a glass of it daily!

I don't have a preference, it mainly depends on what i am craving for at that moment. I can actually go for days or even weeks or month without either.

I feel that. I used to do that, but I now I need my daily dose of coffee. However, I can go without tea for a long time. I plan on drinking green tea everyday soon, though.

What's your favorite type of tea?
