If you're a fan of card games, then Marapets has a new game for you, Rummy!
A new card game has been released in Dukka Town. You can play Rummy once per day for FREE against one, two or three players. You will only win a prize if you win the game of Rummy. Win a two player game for 5,000MP, a three player game for 7,500MP and a four player game for 10,000MP. You could also be one of three daily winners of a random DNA prize.
The game of Snap was one of the first games added to Marapets, released back in October 2006. It's hasn't changed since then and has been awaiting removal for several years now. It was only kept open until there were replacement features that gave out DNA prizes. This game has been removed from the site now and will be replaced with several new card and puzzle games with DNA as a prize.
Each player will be dealt ten cards from two decks of cards. The goal is to be the first player to get rid of all of your cards. You can do this by placing sets (three or four cards of the same rank) or runs (three or more cards of the same suit in a sequence). When it's your turn, you must first pick up a card from the discard pile or the facedown deck of cards. If you have a set or run of cards, you can place these on the table. At the end of every turn, you must choose one card to add to the discard pile.
