Timed restocks or random restocks

Does your game have timed restocks or random restocks for its main shops? If you have timed restocks, how often does your game’s main shops restock?

If your game has random restocks, how many times a day does your main shops usually restock with items?

I am a fan of timed restocks. They make it really easy to stalk the shops and it feels like of "jack pot-y" if I snag the rare item.

How often should common, uncommon, rare or limited edition items restock in shops with timed restocks? Do you prefer shops to restock items every 15 minutes or every 30 mins?
