I'm the kind of person who doesn't sleep very early at night. Most of the time, I'm usually awake until it's 2am or even 3am but when it comes to waking up, I will always wake up around 6am or 7am. I can't sleep pass that time in the morning.

By what time do you wake up daily?
 
I don't have a specific time to wake up, it depends on the previous day and the tasks of the next day.

It depends on what day it is, what I have to do when I wake up, and, of course, my mood. During the work days, I usually wake up around 6:30 AM. But on the weekends, I can afford to wake up a bit later, maybe at around 9 or 10 AM.
 
It varies as to what time I wake up each day depending on whether it is a weekday, weekend or even a time when my kids are off from school for a holiday.

When my kids are in school and college during the week, I wake at 7.15 am. If they are on a holiday or it is the weekend, I tend to wake up at 9.30 am.

For someone like me who doesn't work on weekends, I can sleep for as long as I want if my body wants to sleep. It's all up to my body for me to sleep well or not.
 
If you have lived with kids, you will never find it easy to sleep in the morning because before 7am, they're going to wake you up in one way or another.
With kids, you can't sleep on time and you will wake up early. That's why it's good to be mentally strong before having kids to avoid being depressed when they are around or when you start staying more awake than before.

Being a parent is not something that is very easy and it's the reason why most people have to be determined to take on that burden that comes with being a parent when they start having children.

Being a parent is my biggest responsibility right now. Everything I do is in the best interest of my little girl. She's practically the essence of my existence now.
 
Do you ever feel dizzy when you wake up too early in the morning let's say before 6am? It happens to me all the time when I wake up too early or deep in the night without being able to sleep off again.
Yeah most definitely but I try not to get up earlier than I have to, I hate getting up later too.

Unfortunately, this is something I cannot be able to help right now because even though I go to bed very late, I will still find myself waking up around 6:00 a.m. in the morning and it's always a very frustrating.

That's a good one. Let the strength be higher than the stress. There's nothing so joyful seeing your little one being the strength of your existence. Children are precious gifts that makes the heart merry.

There is no way you are not going to feel dizzy whenever you wake up early in the morning after you have not slept much because you went to bed very late at night. There is no way your body is going to be at 100%.

It's true. Sleep is very important for one's good health. You will feel restless through the day when you don't sleep well at night.

Parenthood always come with fear at the first stage but as you are growing, it will become more easier especially when your babies are growing healthier and stronger.
 
Mostly 6:00 AM because 7:00 AM is when I go to work, but on my days off I'll generally sleep in till about 11:00 AM.
