How are you feeling today?

I keep having dizzy spells and I am not sure if it's because I am spending so much time online.
You might want to start monitoring your blood pressure. You could have a lower blood pressure, which can't be good if you have a dizzy spell when you stand up as it'll cause a fall, which could be threatening. I remember having low blood pressure once as a teen and I took a fall in the kitchen, with my head missing the kitchen table leg by a mere inch which could've turned out pretty bad.

There are obviously other reasons it could be though.

My only advice would be to monitor how much water you drink throughout the day and cut out the other drinks or keep them to a minimum and get some exercise in.

Thank you, buddy! I hope you're having a great weekend too. I actually missed the EPL match, but I caught the NFL preseason games yesterday and the UFC fights last night. How was the match?
Everything went almost as expected but there was a lot of controversial issues in the match which ref failed to do what was right. In the match between Arsenal vs Wolves, Gabriel Jesus was sexually abused, the ref did nothing about it but gave him a card when he reacted. Harvetz was choked and the ref didn't issue a red card.

I am feeling productive today which I am happy about, had a bit of a rough week with my health both mental and physical so it is always nice to be able to get back on track after that.
You're always going to be at your best when you're happy. I haven't seen anyone who functions best when they are angry or down. Happiness is the key to productivity.

I am feeling happy and relaxed. I believe that great things are going to happen in my life and that made me not to worry too much about the things that I am yet to achieve now.

I'm not feeling as accomplished, but that's because on Tuesday I have to go in for a mandatory shot. Needles are illegal here, so injections must be overseen by doctors.

(Testosterone, nothing illegal)

I usually stay up an extra hour on Tuesdays to finish up what I couldn't get done, and that makes everything feel more balanced.

I’m feeling good today. I’m excited that the NFL season is finally starting back up! I can’t wait to watch some of the games this weekend.

I'm feeling a bit tired today.

I usually go to the gym in the afternoon, but yesterday, I got caught up doing something.

So, I got to the gym at around 10 and did my 5-minute gym run (corner to corner in a 3-gym stadium) for high-impact on the knees and powered through my 45-60 minute shoulder workout. After that, I walked at 2.6-3.5 MPH on a 10%-15% incline for an hour with a 5-minute cooldown, reaching 3.24 miles, a climbed height of 1,806 feet, and 600 calories burned.

I woke up a bit late today, but not as sore as I thought I would be.

The tiredness is simply as a result of the amount of time that you have spent going to the gym. It is necessary not to think too much about the results from going to the gym, as you will definitely adjust.

Since I'm in my early training days, I'm sure that's was the case.

When I was seriously into bodybuilding (2016-Jan 2020 [when things shut down]), I could do a 2-hour workout and up to 2 hours on the treadmill and still have energy, never sore the next day either (but wouldn't do the same body parts because muscle grows quicker than connective tissue).

If feels like my head is about to blow up. I've been experiencing serious headache since last night. I've taken some pills but it's not going away.
I think your body need a very big rest. It's not about taking some hours sleep like 4 or 5 but you required about 10-12 hours so that you can get yourself fully.

This is good advice. Whenever I feel really down, I decide to sleep and focus more on sleeping for a very long period of time, and each time I do that, I feel better.

My legs are a little sore.

But, my middle toe on my right foot is what is more concerning. I hope that it's not turning into a stress fracture. I'll hit the treadmill one last time, and if it still hurts, I'll do low impact cycling or that leg swinging machine to give it time to heal up.

I've been trying to burn 600 calories every 2 days at the gym with just cardio... I assume I'm burning 200-400 with my workout, but even more afterward from growth and recovery, so probably in total about 1200-1500 calories every 2 days. I'm trying to get down to 6-8% body fat again before I decide to bulk up, unless I like my size that cut.
