How are you feeling today?

I am feeling happier and more focused. I just remembered how good the year has been, and I am super proud of everything that I've achieved all through the year. This made me smile and happy at this moment.
 
A little tired and anxious about my court hearing coming up here in about 3 hours.

It's to determine what my fine will be for a traffic accident. And, as there was bodily harm, the potential of jail, but highly doubtful with the video evidence as it was clearly an accident and unintentional. However, being a foreigner, I'm still on edge about that one as it is a possibility with the traffic crime I'm being charged with. If it goes to that length, then I won't know until sentencing.

My fault. I assumed the light I saw was sun reflecting off an oncoming car's side view mirror when in actuality (if you zoom in 10x), it was a motorcycle.

I kind of implicated myself by submitting the 10x zoomed video as it's clearly seen in it, but still argued the point that I don't have 10x vision. If I submitted the original, it would've been easily arguable that it was an artifact or reflection and not a motorcycle...

Sorry about that mate. We have some days that's going to be a crapy shit. I hope the fine isn't more than what you expected. Coughing up $1k or $1.5k now is hard.

Im kind of overwhelmed but doing good at the same time. Going to cleveland this weekend for pastors appreciation .

I don't mind the fine and think that it's fair.

It was the time that pissed me off. I got into the accident in November 2023 and I just now saw the prosecutor to get it over with through a summary trial. I wish they could've written me a ticket on the spot then and let me pay it then and not drag it out this damn long, also making me take a driver's ed course for like 8 hours a couple of months ago. That was the stressful part.

$1500 at the moment would've stung a bit then, but there was plenty of time to save for it.

A little under the weather, dealing with sinuses and the drainage that accompanies it. It always seems to be 10x worse with me with my prior medical history of having asthma and lung scarring.

Now I understand your frustration about the whole thing. No one appreciates it when they are forced to waste their time on something that could have easily been avoided.

The most important thing is that it have been sorted out now right?
 
Feeling better today. Taking the day off from work and just relaxing helped. I need to pick up some more bottled water and packets of the nasal rinse to stay on top off keeping my sinuses passages clean as we get closer to winter.
 
Feeling better then before. Can't wait to go to cleveland for my pastors appreciation !

I've been annoyed today. Had a few issues at work today so I had to stop scanning and fix it. Nothing too major, but it's annoying having to stop and delete things you've scanned since there was a black line going through the image. Then I never got my rewards points for playing a game longer than 15 minutes on my Xbox, I reset my console but I never got my points.

I hate that. My sinus infections last weeks. While it doesn't really affect me too much, it's kind of gross to try and get that phlegm out while in public and kind of just have to choke on it till I can do a private cleanse. 🤢

Hopefully, you can recover quicker than I typically do.

My day was quite pleasant as I was able to relax and watch a movie with the wife in our comfortable Serta bed.
 
I am feeling good today, I just had chicken and rice, a fulfilling lunch, and now I am working. I am expecting some new work opportunities today.
