What has really helped me to improve in life is focusing on the things that I can control and not getting really bothered about the things that I can't control. Also, exercising also helps me to get better. What are the things that help you improve your mental health?

I love reading and I have been using it to help my mental wellbeing. I can do exercise twice in a week and taking my food intake as another way I help my mental health.

Thinking unnecessary will not help at all but it will drain you and mess your mental health very much.

Sleep is vital for mental health. Establishing a regular sleep schedule and creating a conducive sleep environment can improve mood and cognitive function

For me, I have been on exercise and meditation. It has worked for me. Regular physical activity has helped me to clear my mind and reduce stress too.

Being able to sleep well have worked so well in improving my mental health so much. If you don't sleep well, you're going to be feeling like a zombie 🧟‍♂️ all the time.

Marijuana, and actually having a bed. When I first got my room I only had a mattress for the first few months, now I have an actual bed, and I'm getting good sleep.

Different approach to life, there is no other way. The way I see world around me is actually how it will affect me. Perception is everything. I discovered Stoicism and I find it very valuable for its teachings. We worry too much in our imagination then in reality. We overthink things, we try to guess the future and make ourselves believe the outcome will probably be bad or when somebody insults us, we feel as we were punched. Instead of just brushing it off because those are just words and have no power.

I don't if this happens to any other person, but I would say that making more money and increasing my financial worth have worked positively on my mental health.

Moving. Literally, just moving.

I'm a very competitive person, even against myself.

I keep a spreadsheet log of the exercises and activities that I do. The dopamine, or mental effects, from exercise is great. But, being able to look back on where I was and where I am now with any exercise tops it off.

Exercise, like you mentioned, is great.
It doesn't even have to be a full 1-2 hour workout session either.

You can start feeling better by just spending 5-10 minutes of your day doing short exercises if things are too hard for you right now.

I would recommend making a daily routine, just to get in the groove of things, by doing: 1) three sets of body-weight squats with a 1-minute rest in-between, 2) three sets of planks for as long as you can go with a 1-minute rest in-between, and finish it off with crunches, with as many as you can do and possibly cut it down to 2 sets of maximum repetitions as you've already stressed your core in the first two exercises.

You'll begin to feel better day by day, especially seeing results of improving the number of squats, how long you can plank, and the amount of crunches you can do.

Then, get out there and just walk for a bit, or even walk your room wall to wall for 5-10 minutes.

Exercising is an awesome way to keep being fit. I like the fact that for one to get better, they can go ahead to exercise and that is one of the ways to keep being fit and helping your mental health.

If you can't exercise very often, it's best to look being on diet. This will do so much wonders for your health in ways that you can't imagine.

I have done myself so much good by not being into doing any kind of hard drugs. It's known to mess up someone's health physically and mentally.

There are quite a few things that have helped to improve my mental health and they are

Creating video game content
Playing video games
Watching WWE

I find with all of those, I can shut off, shut the world off and just enjoy.
If you occupy yourself and time with doing positive things, they are bound to add so much good to your life and also impact on your general health positively.
