That would be rough being outside in the heat! But at least you get a good tan! 🙂

I don't drink nearly enough water... I always forget or am too lazy! I definitely need to be more conscious of it. This post was actually a good reminder for me, so thank you for that!

I hate the taste of water (I'm one of those people) but I drink squash every day at work.

I probably only drink like.. 2-3 pints a day so that's probably nowhere near the daily suggestion.

Unfortunately I've got into the habit of drinking sugar free coke and tonic water but I'm getting a bit sick of carbonated beverages.

You’re welcome. I like to drink water when I wake up and get ready for work & before I go to sleep.

I love sugar free coke and Pepsi. I used to drink a lot of regular soda, but I decided to switch back to sugar free & soda that doesn’t have any calories. How much soda do you usually on a daily basis?

I drank three cans yesterday but I've only had one today 🙄 ideally I don't want to drink more than 1/day but I will probably drink two glasses of tonic a night instead of coke/soda.

Ahh. Are you doing better with this? I’ve been limiting myself to two-4 bottles of soda a week and drinking more Propel water.

I've started drinking a lot more tea but I have cut down on fizzy drinks now at least.

I feel like all I do right now is drink water due to being pregnant. It's like an unquenchable thirst 🤣

That’s great to hear! Have you ever tried the Aloe Vera drink?

How far along are you? Congratulations!😎

I usually drink around 2 liters of water a day at least. Currently, I am trying to drink a lot more but it has not been going the best.

I don't drink water as I don't like the taste, but I do drink a lot of juice.
I drink at least 3-4 cups of juice a day.

I do drink water daily but I know I do not drink as much as I should and I need to get better at doing that.

I have been thinking about getting those huge bottles you fill and then drink throughout the day as that would help a lot.

My siblings have those huge bottles. I’d recommend staying away from the stanley ones, unless you‘re a stanley fan. They’re expensive as hell and there’s way cheaper ones lol

I had heard about the Stanley cups and have seen the dupes too 🙂 the dupes are a lot cheaper but I will admit, I feel they are quite large and probably would be too much.

Something like this I have been looking for at home to ensure I stay on track 🙂 Water Bottle

My sugar is good, but I am always thirsty. So I drink at least 1 to 2 gallons of water every day. It's probably why all of my numbers on my blood tests are so good. Because I am constantly flushing the toxins out of my body. (Plus I am wholefood plant based)

Do you like to drink water? If yes, how much water do you usually drink on a daily basis?

I try to drink at least a gallon or two on a daily basis because I work outside and I sometimes sweat a lot. Especially during the summer months.

I aim to drink 3 litres of water on a daily basis. I can drink more when it is sunny and I needed some cooling off. It is very important to do that because of the type of work that I do as well.

It’s a good habit to have. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t drink water. Do you prefer ice cold water or warm water? I like ice cold water especially when it’s hot outside.

I don't think there's anyone out there who doesn't drink water every day. They might drink less water every day but it's impossible for them not to take water at all.

I don't really monitor my water intake, but it has to be a lot. Every time I get up from the computer, I am usually drinking a glass of room temperature water.

I live and work inside, where I typically keep the house open, with the temperatures outside reaching the high 80s to 90s, with that heat draft and humidity coming in. I just see it as a free sauna/steam room.

Though, sometimes it gets too hot and I'll run AC.

That doesn't stop me from a light sweat though as I might (undiagnosed) have hyperhidrosis (sweating a lot naturally, despite the temperature) as I run a higher than normal body temperature. Because of that, I still frequently drink water so I don't get dehydrated.

I’m with you on the gallon goal, especially if you’re sweating a lot.
Just make sure that you have electrolytes too. Water can be a killer. A gallon, probably not. Though, you might consume it too fast and it could make you sick.

I have salt/sports candy chewables that I'll take after a couple of cups of water to keep balanced.

I have a habit of drinking too much water. I know that a person should drink 2 liters of water every day, but I drink almost 3 liters of water every day. Can I have any physical problem with this?
